Jorge Ossio Guiulfo

Inspired from a young age by the legacy of his mother, chef Marisa Guiulfo Zender, Jorge has forged a distinguished career in fine dining and culinary entrepreneurship. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Jorge integrated cosmopolitan influences into his culinary style.

Throughout his career, he has created and managed renowned restaurants in Lima, such as La Bonbonniere, La Plazita, Kion, Le Coq, and Epicerie Dasso, among others.

In addition, he expanded his influence to the city of Cusco with "Cusco Restaurants," a group that encompasses acclaimed establishments such as Incanto, Limo, and Pachapapa. His career is characterized by a steadfast commitment to business innovation and culinary excellence.
